How Long to Stay:
We have a pre-meeting video session on the 6th and Live Surgery on the 9th. Also there is two 1-Day Local tours on the 9th and 10th with different hot spots. You are strongly recommended to stay from 6th to the 11th.
When to Book:
We are expecting 800 attendants. CAHRS has reserved hotel rooms for AAHRS at a discounted price, but availability is limited. It is highly recommended to book early.
Payment:
You have 2 options:
1. Pay upfront to CAHRS.
2. Pay On-Site.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel on or before 28 May, you will receive a full refund minus the Bank handling Charge.

AIRPORT & GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The hotel is situated in the city’s new business district, providing convenient access to popular attractions and business hubs. It takes about 25 minutes to travel to and from Xiaoshan International Airport Terminal using Hangzhou Metro Line No.7 (8 Stops).
