Non-physician
50% of the registration fee will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to AAHRS office received on or before June 23rd, 2023. After this date there will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the AAHRS headquarter office. AAHRS will process the refund 30 days after the last day of the conference. Please note that bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Those who have registered but are unable to attend due to difficulties in obtaining a visa must notify the Society headquarters prior to the start of the meeting. No refunds will be issued for lack of notification prior to the start of the meeting.

Rules
- Authors are required to indicate whether they are doing ORAL or POSTER presentation
- The submitted abstract should not have been presented previously in any major international meeting or published in peer reviewed journals.
- Abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated in terms of their research validity, educational value, clarity and impact in the field of hair restoration surgery.
- Notification of acceptance will be done via email to the primary author. Decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Instructions on the preparation of posters or oral presentation and information about projection facilities will be included in the email.
- Submission of an abstract indicates that:
- the author(s) agree to comply with the abstract submission and presentation rules;
- the author(s) confirm that the presentation is based on scientific and/or clinical methods that are ethical and valid;
- all authors have contributed to and approved the abstract in its entirety
- the author(s) agrees to register to the meeting
Instructions for abstracts preparation
- Abstracts must be written and presented in English.
- Abstract must be uploaded in WORD format (.doc; .docx)
- Title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author must be provided in the WORD document submitted via email
- Title: Must be concise and descriptive of the content of the abstract. It should not have abbreviations and commercial trade names for drugs, products or device should not be used.
- Author: The full name and the full surname for each author must be provided.
- Affiliations: Author should indicate department, institution, city, and country.
- The body of the abstract text should not exceed 300 WORDS. Results that are still pending will not be accepted.
- The body of the abstract text must be divided into the following subheadings as indicated below.

Weather: Thailand generally has a tropical climate. In most parts of Thailand there are three seasons. Hot – from March to may, when the average temperature in the region of 29-38 degrees. The rainy season is from June to October, but at this time a lot of Sunny days and the rains are short, the temperature is about 26-32 degrees. The dry season occurs from November to February when the temperature averages from 19 to 30 degrees.
