Based on the program, we have made some changes regarding the Q&A session at the end of each session. Due to the packed schedule, we have decided to eliminate the usual 10 minutes allocated for FAQ, as it would only allow for a limited number of questions to be answered. Additionally, the language barrier may hinder audience participation. To address this, we are introducing a FAQ app to encourage more audience members to seek feedback from the speakers. This app will allow the audience to submit their questions within 15 minutes after the session, and the speakers will answer them on an open platform within the next few days.
Moreover, you can approach the speakers in person during the Coffee Break if you prefer a more direct interaction.

Refund Policy
Registration fee will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to AAHRS office received on or before the above mentioned date. After May 31, 202 there will be no refund of fees for cancellation, or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the AAHRS headquarter office. AAHRS will process the refund 30 days after the last day of the conference. Please note that bank processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Those who have registered but are unable to attend due to difficulties in obtaining a visa must notify the Society headquarters prior to the start of the meeting. No refunds will be issued for lack of notification prior to the start of the meeting.

- Authors are required to indicate whether they are doing ORAL or POSTER presentation
- The submitted abstract should not have been presented previously in any major international meeting or published in peer reviewed journals.
- Abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated in terms of their research validity, educational value, clarity and impact in the field of hair restoration surgery.
- Notification of acceptance will be done via email to the primary author. Decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Instructions on the preparation of posters or oral presentation and information about projection facilities will be included in the email.
- Submission of an abstract indicates that:
- the author(s) agree to comply with the abstract submission and presentation rules;
- the author(s) confirm that the presentation is based on scientific and/or clinical methods that are ethical and valid;
- all authors have contributed to and approved the abstract in its entirety
- the author(s) agrees to register to the meeting and attend the meeting in-person

Instructions for abstracts preparation
- Abstracts must be written and presented in English.
- Abstract must be uploaded in WORD format (.doc; .docx)
- Title, authors’ names, authors’ affiliation, and presenting author must be provided in the WORD document submitted via email
- Title: Must be concise and descriptive of the content of the abstract. It should not have abbreviations and commercial trade names for drugs, products or device should not be used.
- Author: The full name and the full surname for each author must be provided.
- Affiliations: Author should indicate department, institution, city, and country.
- The body of the abstract text should not exceed 300 WORDS. Results that are still pending will not be accepted.
- The body of the abstract text must be divided into the following subheadings as indicated below.

AIRPORT & GROUND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
Hangzhou has a well-developed public transportation system that includes buses, metro, taxis, and bicycles.
Grand Parkray Hanzhou Hotel allows easy access to major attractions and business centres being just 5 minutes walk from Metro Jianshe Third Road ( D Exit ).
Transfer to and from Xiaoshan International Airport Terminal is approximately 25 minutes travelling by Hangzhou Metro Line No.7 ( 8 Stops ). The fare is around USD$1.
Hotel’s Private Taxis:
Not available.
City Taxis: The taxi fare in Hangzhou is regulated by the government and is quite affordable. The flag-down fare is ¥11 (approximately USD$1.7) for the first 3 kilometers. It costs ¥2.5-3.75 (approximately USD$0.4-0.6) per kilometer afterward depending on the distance travelled.

Update: Thailand : Thailand and China agreed to waive visa requirements mutually, so no VISA is required for Thai Passport Holders. (Official Link)

English Assisting Service: For those who want to stroll around by themselves, a phone English Assisting Service would be availalbe from 6-10th, 7am to 10pm.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Language: The official language in Hangzhou is Mandarin. English is also frequently spoken.
Time Zone: Hangzhou observes China Standard Time ( GMT + 8 Hours ) all year. There are no Daylight Saving Time clock changes.
Weather: Hangzhou is located in a subtropical monsoon climate zone. The weather in Hangzhou is generally mild but in June, it is not uncommon to experience high temperatures and rainfall. The temperature ranges from a high of 29°C to a low of 21°C .
Bring a thin coat in case of staying in air-conditioned places. Don’t forget to take an umbrella when going out. When going sight-seeing, it is suggested to wear a short-sleeved T-shirt, calf-length pants and waterproof shoes to avoid being soaked by rain.
Currency: The currency is Renminbi Yuan ( ¥ CNY ). Currency exchange is available at the airport.
Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard as accepted forms of payment in China within most major cities and shops.
Alipay: Alipay is a popular virtual payment platform in China. You can use Alipay by following these steps:
1. Download the Alipay app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Register for an account using your mobile number and email address.
3. Link your bank account or credit card to your Alipay account.
4. Verify your identity by submitting a photo of your passport or other identification documents.
5. Start using Alipay to make payments at various merchants in Hangzhou.
